One-piece molding: The plates are formed in a single, highly precise stamping process using extremely precise molds. Only plates formed in one piece possess the same precision, resulting in uniform metal-to-metal point contact between the plates. This ensures the plate heat exchanger can operate normally under high pressure and withstand system pressure shocks.
Advanced plate design: The advanced plate design utilizes CAD/CAM technology combined with advanced pressing processes, ensuring extremely high precision for all plates. This allows for the use of thinner plates to improve heat transfer efficiency.
Distributed flow area: To facilitate the configuration of connecting pipes, modern plate heat exchangers use single-sided inlet and outlet pipes. To fully utilize the entire heat exchange area, the fluid must be evenly distributed across the entire plate. Even for a wide plate, uniform distribution must be ensured. Another significant feature is the lower pressure drop, allowing more pressure drop to be used for heat transfer, thus achieving a higher heat transfer coefficient.
