H-type Plates

H-type plates are a commonly used type of plate heat exchanger. Their shape is a curved line convex in the middle, with inverted V-shaped sides. The advantages of H-type plates are high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure drop, and good stability, making them suitable for applications requiring large flow rates and large heat exchange areas.

L-type Plates

L-type plates consist of a straight line and a small curve connected together. Their advantage is relatively high heat transfer efficiency, but the pressure drop is larger, making them suitable for applications with lower flow rates and relatively lower pressure drop requirements.

M-type Plates

M-type plates are inverted trapezoidal plates with a convex center. Their advantages are high heat transfer efficiency and low resistance. These plates are suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-flow-rate applications.

Z-type Plates

Z-type plates are a symmetrical structure composed of wavy plates moving in opposite directions. Their advantages are high heat transfer efficiency and alternating heating and cooling, resulting in uniform temperature distribution. Z-type plates are suitable for two-phase flow, convective cooling, and chemical industries.
